Headquartered in Bowie, Maryland, Looper Consulting offers an impressive range of professional services through two lines of business. The Operations Management division provides business consulting, staff augmentation, and administrative support services to help businesses and government agencies thrive. The Accounting Services division provides bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, audit, tax, and other financial services to commercial businesses and Federal and State Government contractors. Looper Consulting has assembled talented, dedicated staff in each division to ensure effective project leadership and quality controls are in place for the seamless execution of tasks and the consistent delivery of high-quality services and products.

We are certified as a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) firm, and have Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certifications with the State of Maryland. Looper Consulting also has an established Joint Venture with F2 Solutions, LLC to support grants management and related support services for Federal agencies and programs.
